Our End to End Process

We first understand the client’s need with regard to its present business, culture, environment, organizational structure and future growth plans. We then map all requirement-specific competencies, such as designation, principal accountabilities, KRAs, experience, qualification, reporting structure, compensation, Visa Needs, preferred target companies and industries.

Search Target plan – Aligning with the orientation, our operation team will devise a search strategy to effectively target the desired candidates, which includes Nationalities (We only target those nationalities who easily get work permit), Budget Allocation, Skill Set refinement.
Headhunting – After the budget allocation which is strictly under clients defined guildlines, sourcing of candidates is done either by Internal Team or through vendors. Industry/Organization: We will then come up with a target list of suitable industries and organizations from where; the right candidates can be sourced. First Shortlist: After mapping the people, we will draw up a primary list of target candidates. We will then find out the most-promising candidates, whom we intend to approach. Evaluation: Once we receive the short listing, we will contact the candidates, apprise them of the opportunity and check their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them in order to determine a profile match.
Evaluation Parameters & process: We generally analyze the suitability of the Candidates with respect to the job profile. This is based on various skills as –

  • Technical
  • Financial
  • Cultural fitment
  • Organizational value system
  • Mapping of candidates in accordance with job roles and responsibilities, Soft Skills as necessary for the job and the organization needs & specifications by clients.
  • Once the candidate is technically selected by client, we do a final HR discussion with candidate.
  • Once candidate passes the final HR discussion, an offer is rolled out (Mutually discussed & agreed)
  • After the acceptance of offer letter, we process their work permit (If required).
  • Once work permit is done/Notice Period completed, we deploy them to client location after KBC Induction. (KBC Technologies Induction can be seprately provided, If asked by client)
  • When candidate completes his defined tenure at once client’s place & his contract is not renewed due to project unavailability, we deploy the candidate to some client within the same region.
  • If contract of candidate is not renewed due to non performance, then we give them notice & completes their final settelemt as per regions Labour Law.
